At Intag Laptop Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your new device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Back up your data and perform a factory reset, then securely pack the laptop in its original box including all chargers, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and components, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
